Whether as a speaker or a consultant, Barry is hired to get results: to improve productivity and attitude and ultimately, the bottom line. To make his clients money.

Those clients include organizations like ABC, the American Bar Association, the American Management Association, AT&T, Blue Cross, Budget Rent a Car, Canon, Country Kitchen, Infiniti Automotive, Johnson & Johnson, Lufthansa Airlines, Merck, the National Lottery of Ireland, the Small Business Administration, Verizon and WellPoint.

Barry’s book, Filling the Glass was cited as “[One of] The Seven Essential Popular Business Books” by Today’s Librarian magazine. His latest book, No Lie: Truth Is the Ultimate Sales Tool, from McGraw-Hill, has been translated around the world. Barry himself as appeared on The Today Show, NBC Nightly News, CNBC and on well over 800 local television and radio stations. And he's frequently featured in publications like USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The London Times, Business Week and—what he insists is his personal favorite—Funeral Service Insider.

CLOSING SESSION

Susan Fee began her professional career in the performing arts. She studied dance since the age of five, and attended Cornish Institute of the Arts in Seattle, WA. While teaching ballet, she also performed and choreographed musicals in the Seattle area.

She worked in radio and television, as a journalist, talk show host, and DJ. She also became a sought after speaker, detailing the behind-the-scenes escapades of the media spotlight.

She moved into radio sales with the goal of understanding marketing inside and out. Part of her strategy was to work closely with business owners, cultivating first-hand knowledge of what made their companies tick. This would later prove invaluable as Susan began training companies on a national level.

In 1994, Susan applied her knowledge of marketing, media, and communications to create a popular seminar, Marketing Yourself to the Top. She was hired by a corporate training company and took her message on the road. Her clients included companies like Disney, United Airlines, and Motorola. At the same time, she developed a thriving freelance writing business.

Eventually, Susan began receiving requests for personal coaching. But, to be effective, she felt she needed a greater understanding of human psychology. While continuing her speaking and writing career, she earned her Master's in Counseling from Cleveland State University.

Today she is a licensed counselor, speaker, coach, author, and college adjunct faculty. She continues to explore new and diverse ways to use her talents, and encourages her clients to do the same.
